1. backStore is a Web-based Content Management System that includes Catalog Management. The name backStore comes from the fact that backStore also takes care of the back-end logistics. Business rules and preferences are set up with backStore. This includes the set up of tax sales, shipping fee calculation methods, promotions, price lists, etc...
On the fulfillment side, you will use backStore to manage the fulfillment of orders, order packages and payments. You will be able to do these tasks yourself or ask us to do it for you,
